Overview
AFMA’s Annual Golf Day takes place on 5 August 2026 at Centurion Country Club.
This flagship industry event brings together members, partners, and stakeholders for a full day of golf, engagement, and structured networking opportunities in a relaxed environment.
Teams compete in a formal golf format while sponsors benefit from consistent visibility across multiple high-impact touchpoints throughout the course and clubhouse.
The event concludes with a prize-giving dinner, providing further opportunity for networking and industry engagement.

Important booking information
- All sponsorships will be allocated strictly according to confirmed bookings, based on submission timestamps. AFMA cannot guarantee preferred sponsorship placements.
- Sponsorships are available to AFMA members on a first-come, first-served basis.
- 7 May: One four-ball sponsorship per AFMA member company.
- From 8 May: Any remaining sponsorships will open to AFMA members for additional bookings (second or third entries).
- From 11 May: Any unallocated sponsorships will be made available to non-AFMA members as well.
- No pre-bookings, reservations, or informal holds will be permitted under any circumstances.
- Previous participation does not confer any preferential rights or automatic allocation of sponsorships.

* Towels may be placed in player bags together with shirts, caps and halfway house vouchers, which will be distributed at registration by AFMA staff, or handed out by your activation crew as players collect their bags.
If AFMA manages distribution, towels must be delivered to the AFMA office by 27 July 2026.

- Two golf carts are required per four-ball
- Cost: R1,370 (excluding VAT) per four-ball
- Two players per cart
- This will be included on your invoice.

Terms & Participation Rules
To ensure a smooth and professional event experience for all participants:
- All sponsorships and bookings are allocated strictly on a first-come, first-served basis
- All hole sponsors are required to deliver an active engagement-based activation (static branding alone is not permitted)
- All team information and shirt sizes must be submitted by 15 June 2026
- Branding and activation plans must be submitted by 15 July 2026
- Sponsors are responsible for briefing their teams and ensuring punctual arrival
- Setup (07:00-08:30) and breakdown (17:00-18:00) times are fixed and must be strictly adhered to
- All activation setup and breakdown remains the responsibility of the sponsor
- AFMA and Centurion Country Club are not liable for loss or damage to sponsor equipment
- AFMA reserves the right to adjust sponsor positioning to ensure operational flow
